I studied and qualified in economics, yet always knew that this is only one part of my career path. Following on from this rational decision I started in the direction of what truly interested me, people and decision-making.  I studied Sociology while at the same time coordinating international projects as an EU-specialized economist. In 2007 I spent a year in Germany and a few years later, this time with my husband and two young children, another year in Italy.  When I returned home, I started training as a coach and soon it became obvious to me that this is my path and passion.  Utilising my past experience I became a HR consultant and coach. I love this area of work, whether it is in leadership development, helping stalled careers or consulting and headhunting. I sincerely believe that it is the person that is at the centre and who matters the most and not just the actual question that is posed.  Whoever puts their trust in me does so in not just one area. I considered it important to complete, in addition to the general coaching course, a relationship coaching course also. 

I think in and look for solutions. I prefer processes that bring effective, quick and measurable results while at the same time believing in a supportive self-awareness focused style of coaching. I consider it important to not only assist in others’ self-growth but to develop myself also, which is why I continue to learn and further train myself so that I can provide the highest possible standard in my profession.
